The International Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, DemirBank, and Uzbekistan’s leading digital bank, Uzum Bank, have become strategic partners. The companies plan to jointly develop convenient, advanced, and secure financial services for the people of Central Asian countries.

Among the long-term goals of the collaboration are expanding access to digital services, creating conditions for seamless customer interaction, and strengthening technological and business partnerships across the region. One of the initial priorities for both banks is to launch services for fast and convenient cross-border money transfers.

“We are excited to start this journey together with Uzum Bank. Our partnership is not just a formal agreement but a strategic collaboration. Together, we are moving towards a digital future in which we will create real value for our customers and contribute to the development of the financial ecosystem in Central Asia,” Hasan Ufuk Dinç, Deputy Chairman of the Management of DemirBank, said.

“Partnering with DemirBank opens up opportunities for exchanging expertise and best practices in the development of seamless fintech services for both customers and businesses. I am confident that our experience in creating financial products based on our own localized infrastructure will help elevate the user experience and launch entirely new solutions not only for the citizens of both countries but for the entire Central Asian region,” Pavel Korzik, Deputy Chairman of the Management of Uzum Bank, commented.
