On June 20, 2023, an HR meeting took place as part of the project “Business Development and Entrepreneurship Support through Dialogue,” supported by the US Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The meeting focused on the topics of “Building Corporate Culture,” “Implementing Corporate Social Responsibility,” and “Grading.”
Tatiana Chistyakova, the Head of Training and Development at Kulikovsky Confectionery House LLC shared her knowledge in the field of building corporate culture. She is a co-author of a project aimed at creating competency models and implementing them into company management, as well as developing a training course for managers. Tatyana discussed the construction of corporate culture as a philosophy and core value of the company, highlighting its reflection of individuality and perception in the public environment.
Jamal Duishekeeva, the Head of Digital Transformation Projects at CPO Kanda CA, served as an expert in organizational development, corporate culture, and personnel management. She is also a moderator of the Rapid Foresight method, a psychologist, psychodynamic coach, and group therapist. Jamal spoke about corporate social responsibility as a core value of the company and an instrument for enhancing employee engagement and motivation.
Zhypar Sattarova, an expert in building transparent and objective job grading systems, has over 17 years of experience in HR, including 12 years of implementing grading systems in Kyrgyzstan companies and 5 years in major organizations in Kazakhstan, such as Samruk-Kazyna and Kazakhmys. Zhypar shared her knowledge in the field of job grading, which is the world’s only tool for creating an objective, logical, and structured system of remuneration based on internal and external fairness. This system has been successfully implemented in all Fortune 500 companies.
