“Rayan Building” is a socially oriented construction company whose mission is to make comfort accessible to all. The company’s history began on April 8, 2021, when construction of a club house was initiated. The 4-story “Nest” house was built and completed within 10 months. Over the course of two years, “Rayan Building” has introduced six lines of new residential complexes and houses of economy and higher classes to the real estate market.

Functional planning solutions, sound insulation, high-speed elevators, central utilities, autonomous heating, landscaped courtyards, parking facilities, video surveillance system, “work out” zones, and primarily reinforced concrete and brick construction systems are employed.

The company holds a Category II License for construction, which allows them to construct and design technically complex structures and medium-level projects with a maximum of 10 floors. Currently, the company is involved in the construction of small-apartment residential buildings and commercial spaces that adhere to all construction norms, standards, and regulations.
