The Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic in the Kyrgyz Republic was founded on January 25, 2017. The opening of this consular institution is a clear indication of the mutual interest of the two countries in the further development and strengthening of these ties.

The Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic in the Kyrgyz Republic was established with the aim of developing and strengthening trade, economic, cultural and scientific ties between the Czech Republic and Kyrgyzstan, and also to protect the interests of citizens of the Czech Republic in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
