DemirBank continues lending under the Green Economy Financing Program in Kyrgyzstan – KyrSEFF III.
This program provides for financing projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and introduction of environmentally friendly technologies.
The terms of lending are as follows:
Types of investments:
Small investments: from 5,000 to 300,000 USD or equivalent in KGS
Large investments: from 300,001 to 1,000,000 USD or equivalent in KGS
Loan term: 24-60 months
KyrSEFF – Housing sector:
- Multifamily housing
- New housing
KyrSEFF – Business
- Industry and commercial sector
- Equipment suppliers and installers
- Investments in renewable energy
Interest rates:
Up to 100,000 USD: 15.0% or 23.0% equivalent in KGS
100 001 – 200,000 USD: 14.0% or 22.0% equivalent in KGS
200 001 – 300,000 USD: 13.5% or 21.5% equivalent in KGS
300 001 – 600, 000 USD: 12.5% or 20.5% equivalent in KGS
600 001 – 1,000,000 USD: 12.0% or 20.0% equivalent in KGS
KyrSEFF grants: up to 15% of the loan amount.
