On the Extension of the Temporary Permit for the Export of Worn U.S. Dollar Banknotes by Commercial Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic
By Resolution of the Board of the NBKR the term of the temporary permit for the export of worn U.S. dollar banknotes by commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic has been extended until 1 March 2026. Previously, the permit was valid until 1 September 2025.
The Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
On the Approval of the Tax Rate for Activities in the Trade Zone with a Special Regime
The tax rate for activities in the special trade zone has been approved.
For the purpose of implementing the provisions of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the following have been approved:
- the tax rates for activities in the trade zone with a special regime;
- the Register of markets and mini-markets of the Kyrgyz Republic where this tax applies.
The Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
On the Approval of the Procedure for Granting Guarantees to the Entities of the National Economy
The Procedure for granting guarantees to the entities of the national economy was approved.
Guarantees are provided to resident legal entities by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers to secure obligations under loans, leasing, or bank guarantees. The measure aims to support the economy and ensure the country’s food, national, and economic security.
The Resolution shall enter into force seven days after the date of its official publication.
