On extending the term of the permit for the supply of medicines and medical devices necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus infection without state registration

In order to ensure uninterrupted provision of the population with the necessary medicines and medical products in connection with the epidemiological situation related to coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 57 dated 1 July 2021 extended the period of permission for pharmaceutical and business entities to supply medicines and medical products without state registration until 31 December 2021, included in the National List of Vital Medicines and Medical devices of the Kyrgyz Republic and the list of medicines and medical devices necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus infection.

The Resolution comes into force on 1 July 2021.

On the formation of the Anti-Corruption Business Council under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

In order to improve the main directions of state policy in the field of combating corruption and ensuring an effective dialogue between state authorities and civil society on anti-corruption issues, as well as creating favorable conditions for business development, improving the investment climate and mechanisms for protecting and supporting the activities of business entities, the Anti-Corruption Business Council under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic was established by Presidential Decree No. 293 dated 8 July 2021 and the Regulations on the Council were accordingly approved.

The President Decree comes into force on 8 July, 2021

On approval of a temporary regulation on licensing the activities of administrators who carry out bankruptcy procedures

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 64 dated 8 July 2021 approved a Temporary regulation on licensing the activities of administrators who carry out bankruptcy procedures, which regulates the procedure for issuing, reissuing, suspending, renewing and terminating licenses for the activities of administrators who carry out the bankruptcy procedure by the state bankruptcy authority.

It is established that the temporary regulation is valid until 31 December 2023.

Also, in connection with the approval of the Temporary regulation, appropriate changes were made to some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of bankruptcy and the licensing and licensing system.

The Resolution comes into force on 8 July 2021.

On further measures of digital transformation of the Kyrgyz Republic

In order to develop priority areas for digitalization of the Kyrgyz Republic, before legislative regulation, the Supervisory Council on Digitalization Issues under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic was formed by the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 305 dated 21 July 2021.

The decree approved the composition of the Supervisory Board and the Regulation on the Council, according to which the Supervisory Board is a permanent advisory body that provides for the development of proposals and recommendations on the main directions of state policy in the field of digital transformation development, ensuring interaction of state bodies in the implementation of national projects and programs on digitalization.

The President Decree comes into force on 21 July 2021.

On approval of a temporary regulation on the procedure for licensing certain types of activities in the fuel and energy complex

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 87 dated 24 July 2021 approved a Temporary regulation on the procedure for licensing certain types of activities in the field of fuel and energy complex, which regulates the procedure for issuing, reissuing, suspending, renewing and canceling licenses by the authorized body in the field of fuel and energy complex of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It is established that the Temporary regulation is valid until 31 December 2023.

The Resolution comes into force on 13 August 2021.
