Tatiana will share her knowledge in the field of building a corporate culture. She is a co-author of a project to create competency models and implement them into company management, as well as a co-author of a training course for managers. At the meeting, Tatiana will analyze the construction of corporate culture as the philosophy and basic value of the company, how culture reflects the individuality of the company and its perception in the public environment.
