Speakers of the event:
Tatiana Chistyakova, Head of the training and staff development department of Kulikovsky Confectionery House LLC.
Tatiana will share her knowledge in the field of building a corporate culture. She is a co-author of a project to create competency models and implement them into company management, as well as a co-author of a training course for managers. At the meeting, Tatiana will analyze the construction of corporate culture as the philosophy and basic value of the company, how culture reflects the individuality of the company and its perception in the public environment.

Jamal Duishekeeva, Head of Digital Transformation Projects, CPA Kanda CARGO.
Jamal is an expert in organizational development, corporate culture and personnel management, moderator of the Rapid Foresight method, psychologist, psychodynamic coach, group therapist.
Jamal will tell about Introduction of corporate social responsibility as a company value and a tool for increasing employee engagement and motivation.

Zhypar Sattarova, an expert in the field of building a transparent and objective wage system based on grades.
She has more than 17 years of experience in HR, the last 5 years in the Kazakhstan market in large organizations like Samruk-Kazyna and Kazakhmys.
Zhypar will share her knowledge in the field of grading system – the only tool in the world for building an objective, logical, structured remuneration system based on internal and external justice! This system is implemented in all Fortune 500 companies.
