On August 26, 2026, the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic hosted an event within the framework of its “Breakfast with the Ambassador” series. The business breakfast was held with the participation of His Excellency Mr. Saidikram Niyazkhodjaev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting, Mr. Abdugani Arabboyev, Counselor for Trade and Economic Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, delivered a presentation on the investment potential and export opportunities of Uzbekistan. He highlighted the country’s economic priorities, measures to attract foreign investment, and prospects for expanding trade relations with the Kyrgyz Republic.

In addition, Mr. Aziz Aaliev, Chairman of the Board of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Fund, presented the Fund’s current projects, underscored the importance of joint initiatives, and outlined opportunities for financing infrastructure and commercial ventures.

Participants engaged in a constructive discussion on key issues related to trade opportunities, infrastructure projects, and prospects for bilateral cooperation. AmCham members had the opportunity to address their questions to the Ambassador and exchange views on strengthening business relations.

The event served as an important platform for fostering economic cooperation and dialogue between the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the business community of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The breakfast concluded in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with AmCham members enjoying traditional Uzbek plov generously offered by the Embassy of Uzbekistan.
