On April 2, 2019, a meeting of the Council for Business Development and Entrepreneurship under the Toraga (Speaker) of JK KR was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of the Council, a deputy of JK KR, Mr. Abdyvahap Nurbayev.

During the meeting, Zarina Chekirbaeva, Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic, raised questions about the lack of development strategy of the FEZ in the Kyrgyz Republic, as there is no clear separation of powers between government agencies on the issues of the FEZ.
