On June 28, 2022, Deputy Business Ombudsman Sergey Ponomarev held an Information Session for members of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic.

This information session was devoted to the role of the Business Ombudsman in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs. Sergey Ponomarev spoke about the authorities of the Business Ombudsman Institute to protect business interests from illegal actions of state bodies, local governments and state enterprises, about the criteria for complaints received and the financial value of successfully resolved complaints.

During the session, Deputy Business Ombudsman answered questions about the activities of the Business Ombudsman. The participants of the session also talked about legal mechanisms and legislative initiatives to improve the business environment in the Kyrgyz Republic.
