Baktygul shared her impressions of the working with her mentor Meerim Ibraimova and her achievements: ⠀

“Starting from December of 2021, I was fortunate to be a mentee of Meerim Ibraimova, the director of the Sales department in Avangard Style. ⠀

I’ve had the opportunity to gain more knowledge about my mentor’s career path throughout the last seven months. She is so committed to her work that she possesses all the necessary qualifications. I went on the excursions that Avangard planned for its clients; we went inside the flats. I got to see my mentor from a business perspective during this journey. She was consulted by every customer since she was so knowledgeable about the residences being built. ⠀

Now that I know how devoted Avangard is to their work and customers, I also want to purchase a home from them. ⠀

My mentor is a great listener and friend. She constantly listens when I share my wild ideas with her and offers guidance. We enjoy talking about a wide range of subjects, from career paths to relationships with family. She assisted me in selecting my summer internship. I was unsure of which company to choose for my internship, so my coworkers and I wrote down every potential employer, as well as their positive attributes and connections to my future profession. ⠀

I’m now doing an internship in the Human Resources (HR) division at Coca-Cola Kyrgyzstan. I’m having a blast with it. We have also discussed goals in life a lot over the course of these months, and right now I am preparing to spend my exchange semester in Prague, Czech Republic.”
