On March 9, 2021, AmCham Mentors Club mentees had a tour to Bank Bai Tushum.

The participants met bank’s employees, got acquainted with the work of each department and learned about the development of innovative products and projects.

After the tour, Maksatbek Ishenbaev, Chairman of the Bai Tushum Board and mentor of the AmCham Mentors Club project, shared with the participants about the values of the organization, the history of the bank and future development plans.
Deputy Head of the Department for the Development of Digital Products Asel Rymbekova, Head of the HR Department Momunalieva Jazgul and Deputy Head of the Department for Product Promotion and Marketing Ainura Dzhunushalieva presented the company’s digital products, the opportunities for employees that Bai Tushum provides, the bank’s marketing strategy and much more.
