On June 11, 2024, AmCham members participated in a training session dedicated to the topic of “Intrapreneurship: How to Harness the Potential of Employees for Business Development”. The leader of the training became Valeriy Grishin, Director of Development at Devcit Acceleration, TOT trainer, and product approach expert.

During the training, participants actively discussed effective methods for organizing a system to identify and develop internal entrepreneurs within the company. Key aspects were explored, such as motivating and incentivizing employees, creating a conducive environment for innovation, as well as methods for evaluating and supporting initiative-driven employees.

As emphasized during the training, intrapreneurship is a powerful tool for the development of large companies in the rapidly changing world. Enterprising employees can become a key asset, capable of creating new products, testing cutting-edge business models, and implementing innovations.
