On June 24, 2025, the first Committee meeting of the Human Resources Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic took place.

During the meeting, elections were held for the positions of Chair and Deputy Chairs of the Committee, who will be responsible for coordinating its activities and representing its interests within the Chamber. Following an open vote, Aisuluu Oktyabrina, HR Director at OJSC “Bakai Bank,” was elected as Chair of the Committee. The positions of Deputy Chair were filled by Taalay Sydykova, HR Director at “Borusan Cat Kyrgyzstan,” and Tologonai Abdykerimova, Head of the Human Resources Department at OJSC “Bai-Tushum Bank.”

As part of the meeting, Committee members discussed the key areas of focus for the upcoming period. One of the first agenda items was the review of and proposals for the draft Committee Charter. This discussion allowed members to outline priorities and concentrate on the most relevant challenges facing the HR community.

Special attention was given to the development of the Committee’s work plan for 2025. Participants proposed a number of initiatives aimed at fostering a professional HR environment, facilitating knowledge exchange among HR specialists, and organizing targeted events and training programs for Chamber members.
