The representatives of the business community met with the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

On October 24, 2022, in Bishkek, the American Chamber of Commerce, with representatives of the business community and the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, organized a meeting to discuss increasing issues regarding the investment and export potential of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The main speakers of the meeting were the Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Temiraliev U.T. and the Director of the Center for Public-Private Partnership Bolotov S.B.

The meeting discussed projects and activities of the National Investment Agency aimed at strengthening work with the private sector, namely, assistance to entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic and their foreign partners in supporting investment projects. At the same time, Temiraliev U.T. informed entrepreneurs about the opportunities for Kyrgyz companies to enter foreign markets.

During a casual conversation, the participants of the meeting shared their proposals for improving the investment climate and the problems they face when working with government agencies. For his part, the director of the National Investment Agency briefed the participants of the meeting on the mechanisms for protecting investors and their investments, which are laid down in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

At the end of the meeting, Temiraliev U.T. noted the readiness to work closely with entrepreneurs to realize investment projects.
