On June 26, a working meeting was held with Mr. Zulfiqar Khan, representative of the U.S. Department of State, as part of his visit to the Kyrgyz Republic. The main purpose of the visit was to review the key outcomes of the first phase of the Improving Business Environment in Central Asia (IBECA) Program, as well as to discuss recommendations and priority areas for the implementation of the second phase.

The dialogue focused on key aspects of supporting entrepreneurship, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing cooperation between the private sector and government institutions. Special attention was given to the upcoming B5+1 Regional Forum, which will take place in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, and serve as an important platform for strengthening business ties and advancing private sector interests.
