The Closing ceremony of the third round of the “AmCham Mentors Club” project

On October 13, 2022, the Closing ceremony of the third round of the “AmCham Mentors Club” project took place.

The program was aimed at building mentoring interaction between top managers and entrepreneurs of leading companies in Kyrgyzstan and graduates of US Government programs (Global UGRAD, ACCESS, FLEX, TechGirls and SUSI).

The project was attended by 22 mentors – top managers from the members of AmCham, such as Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank, Hyatt Regency Bishkek, SOS Children’s Villages Kyrgyzstan, Hotel Bridges, “FINCA Bank” CJSC, Bank of Asia, American University in Central Asia, “Demir Kyrgyz International Bank” CJSC, Eco Farm (TM Ecomade), SIAR research & consulting, Honorary Consulate-General of Denmark in the Kyrgyz Republic,
Freedom Finance JSC in Bishkek, Business Assistant, China PRO, BiExpo, Bank “Bai-Tushum”, Avangard Style, INTEGRA Engineering Group, The Central Asia Corporation for the Development of FEZ and The Business Ombudsman Institute.

In addition to mentoring, the past year was filled with a number of useful and interesting events for mentees through trainings, lectures, company tours, and much more.

U.S. Embassy Economic Officer David R. Anderson, together with the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of AmCham Ms. Nazira Beishenalieva, presented the certificates of successful participation in the project.

During the Closing ceremony, the winner of the essay contest was announced – Salkynai Emilbekova. She won the prize – an Amazon Kindle Paperwhite e-book reader. All participants who took part in the essay contest were awarded sets of books

The American Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the mentors and mentees for active participation in the project and invaluable contribution to its successful implementation, as well as the US Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic for its support of this initiative!
