Sardalov Temirlan is the participant of the “AmCham Mentors Club”, student at KRSU and Bemidji State University, had an internship in the international auditing company Deloitte. Temirlan shared his impressions of the work with his mentor Ainura Chekirova:

“It was a great honor for me to be mentored by Ainura Chekirova, advisor to the president of the CAC for the Development of FEZ.

The purpose of my participation in “AmCham Mentors Club” project was to find myself in professional field. Ainura helped me a lot with discovering my potential, and what I should have worked on to achieve my goal.

When I was in college, my professors were telling me about the Big Four companies, and from that moment one of my goals was to get an internship at Deloitte. There were a lot of tests to get into the company, but the most important thing was to realize myself while working at the auditing company.

I am grateful to my mentor who helped me understand how I could effectively use my skills while working. In addition to making priorities in life, we also discussed personal growth, career and life values.

I would like to mention that with my mentor’s advice, I also worked on projects like: American Corner and STEAM Caravan – 2022, Deaf Space in STEM. I used my mentor’s advice to help the students effectively use their skills to further their careers.

After each meeting with Ainura, I motivated by her stories and always learned a lesson from each of my experiences. I knew that no matter how challenging the path was, there would always be two developmental outcomes: you would rise or fall but you will not stand in one place.”
