AmChams Regional Economic Summit – Greece 2025

On June 12–13, 2025, the 2nd AmChams Regional Economic Summit (ARES) took place in Athens, Greece, bringing together over 150 high-level representatives from the business community, government institutions, and international organizations across Southeast Europe, Central Asia, Eurasia, and the MENA region.

Organized by the American Chambers of Commerce in Greece, Bulgaria, and Turkey, the Summit served as a key platform for advancing regional trade, investment, and sustainable economic cooperation.

– 120+ B2B and B2G meetings
– Focus areas: artificial intelligence and digital transformation, energy security and the green transition, infrastructure development, investment, tourism and hospitality, and future-oriented leadership.

The Kyrgyz Republic was represented by Uluk Kydyrbaev, Head of the Secretariat of the Investment Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, who delivered a presentation on: “Overview of Regional Investment Opportunities: Non-EU Countries”.

The Summit reaffirmed the critical role of AmChams in strengthening cross-border dialogue, engaging the private sector, and driving sustainable growth across key industries.
