On 14 of September and 3 of October a series of panel discussions took place within the “AmCham Mentors Club 3” program by the AmCham with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan. The panel discussions were conducted in an unusual form – mentors of the project were invited to have an interesting and informal conversation with the mentees per request of mentees themselves.

Mentors representing various areas of business participated in the meeting – Asseta Krasnozhonova, Deputy Chairman and CОO of the FINCA Bank, Taalai Nasirdinov, Managing Director of ChinaPro, Aizhana Dzhumalieva, Chair of Journalism and Mass Communication Department at AUCA, Mirbek Asangariev, Founder of the “Bridges” Hotel and Victor Linovizky, Director of exhibition company “BiExpo”.

Mentors shared with the participants of the program personal and professional advice, work-life balance principles, talked about their career development and answered many questions of mentees.
