The seminar on “Healthy Lifestyle: Energy, Prevention, and Vitamins” was held for mentees of the “Academy for Women Entrepreneurs” (AWE) program

We are pleased to announce that the “Academy for Women Entrepreneurs” (AWE) program, implemented by the American Chamber of Commerce with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, has come to a close.

On March 27, as part of the “Academy for Women Entrepreneurs” (AWE) program organized by the American Chamber of Commerce with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, a seminar on “Healthy Lifestyle: Energy, Prevention, and Vitamins” was held. The speaker of the event was Dr. Ermek Ismailov, a general surgeon and urgent care physician.

The seminar addressed important issues related to health and longevity. Program participants learned about the concept of health, average life expectancy in Kyrgyzstan, methods of preventing heart diseases, and the five principles for improving overall health. Detailed discussions were held on the necessary medical tests that should be taken annually to maintain health and prevent unnecessary expenses.
