On March 1, 2022, the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic Dastan Imanaliev participated in a meeting of Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiyev with business representatives to discuss the draft of the Plan of anti-crisis measures.

During the meeting, representatives of business associations exchanged views, shared their proposals and discussed the Plan of anti-crisis measures, which will be aimed at supporting the country’s economy.

In particular, a number of issues were discussed regarding minimizing the consequences of sharp fluctuations in the exchange rate, preventing currency speculation, preventing a sharp increase in prices for goods and services and maintaining economic growth for 2022.
