Dastan Imanaliev was appointed as Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic

We are pleased to inform you that Dastan Imanaliev has been appointed as Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Before joining the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic, Dastan Imanaliev starts his rapid career in the International Business Council as a lawyer, then as a Head of the legal support department, and from 2020 as a Deputy Executive Director. His responsibilities included directing the IBC committees’ activities, representing IBC in government bodies and other organizations. Dastan Imanaliev coordinated the IBC participation in legislative processes, mainly related to investment promotion, mining, licensing, tax policy, finance, insurance, and telecommunications. In addition, he developed measures to increase the loyalty of IBC existing members and attract new ones.

After graduating from the American University in Central Asia with a bachelor degree in the field of “International and Business Law”, Dastan Imanaliev worked as an assistant to a member of Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, also assisting to the president/head of the press service in the Foundation for the Management of State Property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Lawyer at the State Agency for the Regulation of the Fuel and Energy Complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Dastan Imanaliev is a holder of different awards like a certificate of appreciation from Doing Business, The World Bank Group (2021) and a certificate of appreciation from the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic (2019).
