On March 6, the American Chamber of Commerce hosted a business dinner with mentors from the “Academy for Women Entrepreneurs” (AWE) project, in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan. This event was organized as part of the conclusion of the AWE project to recognize the significant contribution of mentors, which has a substantial impact on the lives and careers of the project participants and contributes to the development of the country’s entrepreneurial community among women.

Key aspects of supporting and developing women entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan were discussed during the dinner. Mentors shared their impressions and feedback on mentorship relationships and also offered recommendations to improve the program’s effectiveness in the future.

In the final stage of the project, in collaboration with mentors, the American Chamber of Commerce will organize a series of interesting and beneficial events for both mentors and their mentees. This will help project participants enrich their experience, acquire new knowledge, and gain skills necessary for successful business ventures.

The Executive Director of the Chamber expressed gratitude to the project’s mentors for their significant contribution and support of initiatives aimed at developing women’s entrepreneurship, taking into account the needs and potential of the participants. She also emphasized that such events play a key role in supporting and stimulating women’s entrepreneurship, contributing to creating a favorable environment for its development and successful implementation of innovative ideas.
