On March 29, a training session on “Emotional Intelligence for Leaders” took place as part of the “Academy for Women Entrepreneurs” (AWE) project, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce with the support of the US Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic. Conducted by internationally certified business trainer Taalai Sydykova, the training provided participants with valuable insights into managing emotions and the importance of emotional intelligence for leaders. Participants actively engaged in interactive activities and asked numerous questions, demonstrating their interest in the topic.
