On May 16, 2022, within the AmCham Mentors Club 3 project, a seminar was held for mentees on the topic of Emotional Intelligence.

The speaker of the seminar was Usenova Aichurok, the emotional intelligence coach, certified Consultant Rodologist, Member of the International League of Rodologists, Representative of the Academy of Rodology in Kyrgyzstan, Member of the Assembly of Peoples of Eurasia, Advisory Member of the All-Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League (PPL Russia, or League), Neurocoaching.

Emotional intelligence is one of the important skills of today, that needs to be trained and enhanced. To do this, you need to understand the world of emotions, why emotions appear why they are needed and whether they can be controlled. At the seminar, mentees got acquainted with the main branches of emotional intelligence, learned how does emotional intelligence differ from emotional coefficient. Aichurok told how to understand emotions and interact with them.
