On September 9, 2025, the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic held the second meeting of the Human Resources Committee, bringing together representatives of member companies to discuss pressing issues in the HR field.

The meeting was opened by AmCham Executive Director Altynai Asanova, who emphasized the importance of joint initiatives aimed at improving working conditions and fostering corporate culture in Kyrgyzstan.

Surenchimeg Vanchinkhuu, Head of the Health, Nutrition and Environment Section at UNICEF, together with Bermet Sydygalieva, Health and Nutrition Coordinator at UNICEF, presented an initiative on establishing breastfeeding rooms and corners in workplaces, highlighting their significance for supporting working mothers.

In the second part of the meeting, Anna Borovkova, Senior Manager at EY Kazakhstan, presented the launch of the “EY Salary Survey in Kyrgyzstan,” sharing insights and tools designed to help companies manage their HR policies more effectively.

The meeting concluded with an exchange of views and proposals for the Committee’s further activities.
