American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic together with the US Ambassador Lesslie Viguierie on 27th of April hosted representatives of the banking sector of Kyrgyzstan and representatives of the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of Treasury.

Representatives of the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of Treasury discussed opportunities and challenges in deepening the relationship between Kyrgyz and American banking sectors and offered assistance in navigating U.S. regulations to facilitate that relationship.

Both parties expressed their willingness to establish dialogue virtual, or through a visit to Washington to work on above mentioned issues.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness for further productive cooperation.
