On March 23-24, the first round of trainings within the framework of “AmCham Mentors Club” was held.

The trainings were conducted by international leadership experts and business coaches: David Stilwell, Konstantin Safronov, Karina Kussainova and Seyil Kaldibaeva. The speakers gave presentations on such topics as “Setting and accomplishing goals”, “Personality types: Myers – Briggs” and “Healthy conflict resolution” and many more.

The trainings were attended by both mentors and mentees. During these two intensive days, participants got to know themselves better, developed their soft and interpersonal skills and also learned how to apply the gained skills in their professional lives.
