The American Chamber of Commerce, with support from the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), conducted the Membership Satisfaction Survey, which aims to improve the quality of services provided and identify the needs of member companies. 56 companies took part in this survey.

According to the survey, 63% of members are satisfied with the benefits offered by AmCham, such as business networking, official events, and information access.  Companies have offered improvements, that included organizing regular meetings, expanding relationships with foreign countries, resolving issues at the State level. Moreover, organizations offered expenditure of AmCham by attracting companies from other regions.
