On April 30, 2021, a training was held for the mentees of the AmCham Mentors Club project and USG Programs Alumni.

Elena Rubtsova, Program Specialist of the Solidarity Center, introduced the participants to the basics of labor legislation. Lira Djuraeva, National Director of the “SOS Children’s Villages” PF, Mentor of the Program, spoke about career planning and development.

The speakers covered important topics as:

✅ Safe employment;

✅ The difference between labor and civil contracts;

✅ Features of freelancers’ work;

✅ Termination of labor relations, work safety;

✅ Direction and guidelines in building a career;

✅ Self-marketing and its tools;

✅ Writing a resume, preparing to the interview.
