In July 2025, the summer camp “Happy Childhood” brought together over 50 children and adolescents aged 10 to 18 who returned to Kyrgyzstan from conflict zones. The camp was organized by the SOS Children’s Villages Kyrgyzstan and partners. It aimed to support social reintegration, emotional recovery, and the development of life skills.
The program included psychological sessions, educational training, sports activities, hiking, swimming, and motivational meetings. The camp became a safe space for learning and building trust.
The initiative was part of the “Happy Childhood” project, launched in 2024 to assist women and children affected by armed conflicts. The project is supported by GCERF and contributes to national strategies for extremism prevention and sustainable development.
SOS Children’s Villages Kyrgyzstan invites companies to become corporate partners. Partners gain strengthened CSR reputation, transparent ESG reporting, and flexible collaboration formats – from financial support to volunteering. Individuals can also support children without parental care by donating via QR code.
