On October 18, 2023, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was signed between the American Chamber of Commerce and the Kyrgyz Association of Insurers.

The Memorandum was signed on behalf of the Kyrgyz Association of Insurers by Mr. Bakyt Sharshenaliev, President of the association. On behalf of the American Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Aisuluu Sydygalieva, Executive Director, signed the Memorandum.

The parties discussed current issues and prospects for bilateral cooperation within the working group on fiscal policy under the IBECA (CIPE) project. The need to maintain regular contact between the organizations, exchange of experiences and information, as well as participation in joint events and working meetings, was also emphasized.
