On 26 of Alril, 2023, the delegation met with Mr. Rodney Fong, President & CEO, San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and Ms. Anita Huang, Chief of Staff of the Chamber. The work of Chamber of Commerce includes attract, support, and grow business through advocacy, economic development, and business development. Within the meeting, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce spoke about doing business in San Francisco, which aroused the keen interest of the Kyrgyz side.

On the same day, members visited PayPal headquarters. PayPal HQ is the largest electronic debit payment system. At PayPal HQ, delegates got a great opportunity to learn firsthand the history of a company that serves 325 million active users. PayPal has built a global platform in 202 countries and 25 major currencies worldwide that allows sellers to receive payments in more than 100 global currencies.
