On July 12 the American Chamber of Commerce in the KR organized the Business Breakfast with the Director of the Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (IPPA) of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adilbek uulu Shumkarbek and the management of the State Tax Service (STS) of the Kyrgyz Republic represented by Mirlan Rakhmanov.

Representatives of IPPA talked about investment opportunities and the role of the agency in support and protection of both foreign and local investors.

Representatives from the STS under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic presented the recently introduced pilot project “Electronic patent”. The participants of the meeting had a great opportunity to personally learn about innovations, ask questions and share their suggestions.
