They are currently working in Kyrgyzstan as a part of the USAID Enterprise Competitiveness Project to help local enterprises secure investment by reviewing and improving business plans and fiancial models, creating investment teasers and memoranda, identifying investors, and supporting the overall investment process. In this way, over the past five years they have closed over US$700m in transactions globally.

The USAID Enterprise Competitiveness Project Transaction Advisory Team acts as a neutral advisor to both local enterprises and investors in Kyrgyzstan facilitating transactions at all stages of the investment cycle. For enterprises, they offer a range of investment advisory services across various stages in the investment process – from opportunity validation to post-investment planning. For funds, they provide support on every facet of investment process: creating internal processes, defining the investment strategy, building the pipeline, and fundraising.
