AmCham Human Resources Committee 

The Committee is established for the purpose of uniting specialists, business representatives, and experts in the field of human resources management (hereinafter referred to as “HR”) to joinly discuss current challlenges and develop solutions in the field of human resources management.

Human Resources Committee performs the following functions:

  • Collection and analysis of information on the current state and trends in the field of personnel management;
  • Conducting surveys, research, and expert assessments on relevant HR issues;
  • Development of recommendations for addressing current HR challenges;
  • Consulting community members and external partners on HR practices, legislation, and organizational development matters;
  • Ensuring dialogue between representatives of the HR community, business sector, educational institutions, and government bodies;
  • Preparation of methodological materials, case studies, templates, and standards for HR practices;
  • Formulation and promotion of initiatives aimed at developing the professional HR community.

AmCham Innovations, Information and Digital Technologies Committee

The Committee is established for the purpose of uniting the efforts of business representatives, experts, and specialists in the field of innovation, digital technologies, and digital transformation to discuss current issues and challenges, develop proposals and initiatives in the field of innovation and digitalization, and facilitate the development of the country’s innovation and digital ecosystem.

Innovations, Information and Digital Technologies Committee performs the following functions:

  • Collection and analysis of information on the current state of digitalization, innovation activities, and technological development;
  • Conducting surveys, research, roundtables, and expert discussions on digital transformation and innovation;
  • Preparation of recommendations and proposals for the development of the regulatory and institutional environment in the field of innovation and digitalization through a systemic approach, including consideration of interrelations between technologies, management processes, human factors, risks, and potential consequences of implementing digital solutions;
  • Facilitation of dialogue between business, government authorities, and relevant structures on issues of digitalization and innovative development;
  • Preparation of methodological materials, analytical reviews, case studies, and explanatory materials in the field of digitalization and innovation;
  • Development and promotion of initiatives aimed at fostering an innovative environment, reducing administrative barriers, implementing modern digital practices, and facilitating the creation of conditions for sustainable, responsible, and secure digital transformation based on trust among society, business, and government institutions in digital services and solutions.

The Committee is established with the purpose of consolidating the efforts of business representatives, experts, and specialists in the fields of taxation and customs regulation to jointly discuss current challenges, develop proposals and initiatives on tax and customs matters, and facilitate the development of a favorable business environment.

Tax and Customs Committee performs the following functions:

  • Collection and analysis of information on the current state of tax and customs administration, as well as key trends and developments in this area;
  • Conducting surveys, research, and expert discussions on taxation and customs regulation issues;
  • Development of recommendations and proposals for addressing current challenges in the fields of taxation and customs;
  • Advising community members and external partners on the application of tax and customs legislation and related enforcement practices;
  • Ensuring constructive dialogue between representatives of the business community, tax authorities, customs authorities, and relevant government institutions;
  • Preparation of methodological materials, analytical reports, case studies, and explanatory materials on taxation and customs administration;
  • Formulation and promotion of initiatives aimed at improving the tax and customs environment, reducing administrative barriers, and fostering transparent rules for doing business.
