their long implementation periods, phased revenue recognition, cost and contract accounting, borrowing cost capitalization, and industry-specific tax considerations.<\/p>\n<p>During the training, we will examine these topics from the perspective of IFRS requirements and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, with a particular focus on practical application and real-world situations.<\/p>\n<p>The program includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>application of IFRS 15 to construction projects;<\/li>\n<li>revenue recognition under contracts with customers;<\/li>\n<li>cost accounting and determining the cost of construction projects;<\/li>\n<li>capitalization of borrowing costs and application of IAS 23;<\/li>\n<li>accounting for construction in progress;<\/li>\n<li>tax considerations for construction companies and property developers;<\/li>\n<li>practical cases and analysis of real-world situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The training will be particularly useful for chief financial officers, chief
