Representatives of the HORECA sector from Kyrgyzstan had the unique opportunity to visit the MKN factory in Germany for the first time. MKN is a leading manufacturer of the premium cooking equipment for restaurants, hotels, and catering sector. The tour was initiated by the Caspi Group KG, MKN’s official distributor in the country.<\/p>\n

“We strive to share the best global practices and modern technologies with our partners. Such business trips allow us to see firsthand how products are manufactured that will later be used in professional kitchens in Kyrgyzstan,”<\/em> noted Gulzat Akparalieva, General Director of Caspi Group KG.<\/p>\n

During the factory tour at MKN, participants observed the entire manufacturing and assembly process for equipment, which takes just 1-2 working days. They also had the chance to inspect the quality of materials, innovative engineering solutions, and finished product samples.<\/p>\n

To demonstrate the equipment’s capabilities, guests were invited to a food tasting in a professional kitchen. This hands-on experience allowed them to evaluate the functionality and performance of the equipment firsthand.<\/p>\n

Participants highlighted that incorporating advanced technologies and innovative equipment, particularly with high German manufacturing standards, is crucial for developing the tourism sector and improving efficiency of the professional kitchens and service quality in the country.<\/p>\n

This trip was an important step in strengthening international cooperation. It opens up new opportunities for industry development and increases the competitiveness of the Kyrgyz companies in the global market.<\/p>\n
