On March 26, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of KSB Commercial Bank CJSC was held, during which it was decided to expand the Bank\u2019s Board of Directors from five to seven members through the appointment of two new directors. KSB Commercial Bank CJSC is proud to welcome Mr. Jean-Luc Baechler and Mr. Christian L\u00fcscher to its Board of Directors. Their distinguished expertise and outstanding professional achievements will be invaluable in supporting the Bank\u2019s continued growth and strategic development. Mr. Jean-Luc Baechler \u2013 Judge at the Federal Administrative Court of Switzerland, a recognized expert in law and regulation, with deep knowledge of the financial sector and international corporate governance. Mr. Christian L\u00fcscher \u2013 Chairman of the Board of Geneva Airport. For 16 years, he served on the Management Control, Judiciary, and Legislative Committees of the Parliament of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, bringing together expertise in management, law, and public service.
