NAVA is established on the basis of the State Institution \u00abSecretariat of the National Council for the Development of Virtual Assets and Blockchain Technologies under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>The Decree also approves the Regulation on NAVA, the staffing level of its state civil servants, the salary coefficients used to determine the official salaries of its state civil servants, and the percentage allowances for years of service.<\/p>\n<p>The Decree shall enter into force ten days after the date of its official publication.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the halal industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Law introduces administrative liability for violations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the halal industry.<\/p>\n<p>Administrative liability is established, in particular, for violations of the requirements of technical regulations and standards applicable to the keeping and slaughter of farm animals, as well as to the production, processing, storage, transportation, and placing on the market of halal products and raw materials.<\/p>\n<p>Liability is also established for violations of the requirements applicable to feed for farm animals and fish used in the production of halal products, for placing halal products on the market without documents confirming compliance with the applicable technical regulations and standards, and for providing halal services without the required compliance documents.<\/p>\n<p>The Law also establishes liability for violations of the procedures for conformity assessment of halal products and halal services, as well as for issuing conformity documents without carrying out the mandatory conformity assessment procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By Decree measures have been introduced to improve the taxation system and tax administration.<\/p>\n<p>For the purpose of improving the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, enhancing the efficiency of tax administration, and creating favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has been instructed to submit to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic proposals for amendments to the tax legislation.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, it is proposed to grant a five-year tax exemption to entities engaged in software and information systems development, including artificial intelligence technologies, business process outsourcing services, innovative start-ups, film, video and television production, as well as certain other creative activities.
