On approval of the interdepartmental commission on selection of business entities of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the register of bona fide entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic \u201cOn increasing the status of entrepreneurs in the Kyrgyz Republic\u201d dated July 1, 2022 \u2116 212 and the Regulations on maintaining the register of bona fide entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on December 26, 2022 \u2116 715 the composition of the interdepartmental commission on selection of business entities of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the register of bona fide entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic and work regulations of the above mentioned Commission were approved.<\/p>\n

The order shall come into force upon expiration of ten days from the date of official publication.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

On introduction of temporary ban on the importation of portland cement, alumina cement, slag cement and similar hydraulic cements, unpainted or colored, ready-made or in the form of clinkers into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by road transport<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to avoid a shortage of portland cement, aluminous cement, slag cement and similar hydraulic cements, unpainted or painted, ready-made or in the form of clinkers on the domestic market, the temporary ban on the import by road into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of portland cement, aluminous cement, slag cement and similar hydraulic cements, unpainted or painted, ready-made or in the form of clinkers (except for supersulphate cement) from commodity position 2523 of the EAEU HS has been extended, effective from 1 October 2024.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The pilot project for opening and servicing bank accounts of legal entities and individuals \u2013 non-residents of the Kyrgyz Republic has been extended until January 31, 2024.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic \u201cOn the introduction of a temporary ban on the export of oil and oil products from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union\u201d dated March 1, 2021, No. 66, was amended to exclude certain products from the export ban.<\/p>\n

The resolution comes into force fifteen days after the date of official publication.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

A temporary ban has been established for a period of six months on the export from the Kyrgyz Republic of scrap and waste ferrous metals, ferrous metal ingots for remelting (charge ingots), classified by code 7204 of the EAEU TN VED.<\/p>\n

The resolution comes into force ten days after its official publication.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The discount rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic is set at 9.00 percent per annum”.<\/p>\n

On the procedure for determining the amount of average monthly wages for the calculation of income tax and State social insurance contributions\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Procedure for determining the amount of average monthly wages for calculation of income tax and insurance contributions for State social insurance has been approved. The National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic has also been instructed to determine the amount of average monthly wages for 2022 for calculating income tax and insurance contributions from August 1 to December 31, 2024.<\/p>\n

The Resolution comes into force on August 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
