for pharmaceutical and business entities to supply medicines and medical products without state registration until 31 December 2021, included in the National List of Vital Medicines and Medical bankruptcy procedures, which regulates the procedure for issuing, reissuing, suspending, renewing and terminating licenses for the activities of administrators who carry out the bankruptcy procedure for digitalization of the Kyrgyz Republic, before legislative regulation, the Supervisory Council on Digitalization Issues under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic was formed by the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 305 dated 21 July 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The decree approved the composition of the Supervisory Board and the Regulation on the Council, according to which the Supervisory Board is a permanent advisory body that provides for the development of proposals and recommendations on the main directions of state policy in the field of digital transformation development,
