On 14 of September and 3 of October a series of panel discussions took place within the \u201cAmCham Mentors Club 3\u201d program by the AmCham with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan. The panel discussions were conducted in an unusual form \u2013 mentors of the project were invited to have an interesting and informal conversation with the mentees per request of mentees themselves.

\nMentors representing various areas of business participated in the meeting \u2013 Asseta Krasnozhonova, Deputy Chairman and C\u041eO of the FINCA Bank, Taalai Nasirdinov, Managing Director of ChinaPro, Aizhana Dzhumalieva, Chair of Journalism and Mass Communication Department at AUCA, Mirbek Asangariev, Founder of the \u201cBridges\u201d Hotel and Victor Linovizky, Director of exhibition company \u201cBiExpo\u201d.

\nMentors shared with the participants of the program personal and professional advice, work-life balance principles, talked about their career development and answered many questions of mentees.
