On September 23, 2022, within the “Business Promotion and Entrepreneurship Empowerment Through Dialogue” project with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan the third meeting of the Working Group was held at Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic with participation of members and partners of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kyrgyz Republic. \u2800<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the participants discussed the draft law on pricing and shares their comments on specific points of the draft law. It was proposed to send it for revision and, if possible, will be limited only to amending the relevant laws. \u2800 The head of the department of the antimonopoly regulation service at the MEC of the Kyrgyz Republic Oksana Goryanova in her presentation noted that when developing the draft law, the state regulation of prices for socially significant goods became a significant change and shared her experience in regulating prices in the EAEU countries. \u2800<\/p>\n

*The project “Business development and support for entrepreneurship through dialogue” is funded by the Embassy of the United States of America in the Kyrgyz Republic and implemented by the AmCham.
