BGIA students engage in the study and practice of international law; international relations theory; global public health; political economy; international reporting; and other aspects of international affairs. BGIA has semester and summer programs.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2800<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Saliya shared her impressions of the working with her mentor Aizhana Dzhumalieva:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2800<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201cI am very glad that Aizhana Dzhumalieva became my mentor.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2800<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">She is a perfect example of a successful woman, both career and family. For me, she is a great example to follow and admire.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2800<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I came to the AmCham Mentors Club project with one main goal is to go to the exchange program in New York. Aizhana helped me a lot to reach my potential and understand what I need this program for. I am grateful for all the help she has given me.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2800<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I want to note that we not only prepared for filing for the exchange program, and also during the meetings touched on such topics as personal growth, family values, career and development of professional skills. On the advice of my mentor, I applied for an internship, which was aimed at creating a newspaper consisting entirely of articles by women journalists in Central Asia.
