On April 5, 2022, Dastan Imanaliev, the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic, took part in a meeting of the Business and Entrepreneurship Development Council under the Toraga Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic under the chairmanship of Talant Mamytov. The meeting was attended by deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of state bodies and business associations.

\nDuring the meeting, information on the activities and further plans of the Council was presented, the agenda of the next meeting was discussed.

\nParticipants shared their opinion on the new Tax Code, its pros and cons. In particular, it was noted that more than 300 recommendations were considered, most of which were taken into account, but there is still a need to continue monitoring the implementation of the document and making adjustments.

\nThe Business and Enterprise Development Council under the Toraga was created in 2017 in order to strengthen the interaction of the Jogorku Kenesh with the business community. The Council is a platform for fruitful dialogue between government bodies and entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
