On March 10, 2022, within the framework of the project “Development of Business and Support of Entrepreneurship Through Dialogue” project with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan a business breakfast was held with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service Nurlan Umtulov and members of the American Chamber of Commerce.

\nThe main topic of the event is the discussion of the application of the norms of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
\n\u2800
\nDuring the meeting, participants had the opportunity to ask questions on the application of the provisions of the new Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which came into force on January 1, 2022.
\n\u2800
\nIn particular, a number of issues were discussed regarding the use of cash registers, taxation of electronic services, changes in the taxation regime of non-profit organizations, a technical solution for remote registration of the Google tax, the refusal to write off penalties under the law on restructuring, improving electronic appeals and software, the application of a reverse value added tax and the implementation of the cashback mechanism, cash refunds.
