Thus, during the meeting, the participants considered the initiative of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to which it is proposed to store the funds of equity holders in escrow accounts of state banks and transfer these funds to developers only after commissioning the construction facility.
